Uploading Log Files

If you are playing with GAME GOLF LIVE and happen to experience a round upload or transfer issue, it's best to upload your log files from your mobile phone to help us understand what may have occurred.

Examples of when uploading logs would be useful: 
- End Round/Uploading Issues
- App locking up during the round
- App crashing

Please follow the steps below to upload your log files:

1. Open the GAME GOLF Mobile App and go to Settings
iOS & Android

2. Select the LIVE Device ID

3. Select Support

4. Select Upload Log Files

The log files should be uploaded within a minute. This process does utilize data, so it may be best to connect to WiFi if data limits are a concern.
